I just wanted to let you know that I am extremely impressed with the
performance of PHP Accelerator.
 
I installed it last night on a client's web server, which is running
two very large forums using vBulletin.  They get about 500,000 page
views each week day.  The web server is running Apache 1.3.23 with
PHP 4.1.1 and I was running with the APC Cache.  The server is a Dell
PowerEdge 1550 with dual Pentium-III/1.4ghz CPUs, 2GB RAM and 2x36GB
SCSI disks. Our load averages during peak times were acceptable, but
a bit high, at around 4.0-5.0.
 
After installing PHP Accelerator, the load averages today have been
much lower, at around 2.0-2.5.  I am very impressed with the increased
performance and just wanted to say thanks for making such a wonderful
tool.
